With over two decades of experience in education, law, and policy, Candice leads this Black-owned, women-led firm, dedicated not only to exceptional legal representation but also to fostering growth for other minority women in the legal field.

As a first-generation college and law school graduate, Candice understands the power of opportunity. Her extensive background includes impactful work within the DeKalb County School District, where she gained firsthand insight into the critical need for student and parent advocacy. This experience solidified her commitment to ensuring all schools are safe, supportive places for learning.

From her early days teaching in Atlanta Public Schools and developing community programs to her work on education policy in Washington D.C., Candice has consistently championed high-quality education and equitable access. This rich history informs her practice as a civil litigator, where she specializes in civil rights, education, and personal injury cases. Candice remains a steadfast advocate, always seeking to achieve the best results for her clients while driving broader reform and activism.
